💙 World Ovarian Cancer Day – 8 May 2026

Know the signs. Trust your body.

Ovarian cancer can be difficult to detect early, but recognising symptoms can make a difference.

Common symptoms include:
• Persistent bloating
• Abdominal or pelvic pain
• Feeling full quickly
• Changes in appetite
• Urinary urgency or frequency

When to act:
If symptoms are new, persistent, and occur frequently, it’s important to get checked.

There is no routine screening test — awareness is key.
