This morning, as i opened the table to let it soak in the sunshine, I noticed the heart ❤️.

Love is often missing in our lives, not just the romantic type, but the love that is in every day life, a smile, an embrace a gentle touch. A walk in nature, the birds songs.

Kahuna massage is loving, intimate, and at time scary, as we receive we feel vulnerable, we are asked to let go of fear and open our heart.
