Restore & Support: A Gentle Yoga Series

"Reduce pain, anxiety, and other side effects associated with health challenges and recovery through gentle, healing-focused yoga.

Yoga teacher and health professional, Phoebe Sinclair, guides you through an hour-long practice designed to open energy pathways and support the body's seven key systems. Through a thoughtful integration of pranayama (breathwork), asana (movement), chakra awareness, and mudra, each session helps calm the nervous system, focus the mind, and restore balance.

You'll learn simple, effective techniques that can be easily incorporated into daily life to support ongoing wellbeing.

Join Phoebe's seven-week Gentle Yoga Series for Health every Wednesday at 6:30pm, from 18th February to 1st of April 2026.

Suitable for all ages and all levels of wellness. No prior yoga experience required."
