In only three minutes, the Heart Age Calculator can help you understand your risk of heart disease.

Designed for those aged between 35-75 who do not have heart disease, the Calculator estimates your individual risk based on well known risk factors like age, blood pressure, and cholesterol compared to a defined healthy range, to determine your heart age.

Use the Heart Age Calculator at www.heartfoundation.org.au/heart-week.

If your heart age is higher than your actual age, you could be at greater risk of a heart attack or stroke. You should speak to your GP about a Heart Health Check today.

To book a heart health check at the Skipton Medical Practice visit bshs.org.au/services/medical-practice/book-appointment or call 5340 1110
