We are looking for new mums post partum or expecting to join us for classes at our new West Lakes location.

Our classes our designed and led by an Exercise Physiologist and we allow you to bring Bubs up to walking age. All classes are focused on helping you regain or sustain your health as a woman and allow you to be the best version of yourself whilst being surrounded by other beautiful Mummas in the process.

Classes are private health rebatable under private health insurance. We will be offering a class pass with prices to be released once we know how much interest we have 💕
