What an incredible powerful and transformative experience was this weekend’s retreat! ❤️‍🔥

Encompassing deep trauma releasing breathwork (feels like running a marathon!), sound bath healing, nurturing yummy food, astrology and lots of deep heartfelt chats with beautiful sisters…

Today, we honor the sacred power of motherhood, not only in the women who gave us life, but in all those who have nurtured, protected, guided, and loved with a mother’s heart.

To the birth mothers, the soul mothers, the grandmothers, the aunties, the priestesses, the guardians of wisdom and love: thank you.

To the women who hold space, tend wounds, whisper encouragement, and awaken dreams: thank you.

To those who mother the Earth, who mother animals, who mother the world with their compassion: you are seen.

To those who carry the ache of loss or longing today, may you feel wrapped in grace and remembrance.

Motherhood is not just a role, it is a frequency of unconditional love, the original divine feminine pulse that births all things anew.

May this day be a gentle reminder that your love shapes worlds.

Did you know that your emotions can be dysregulated due to physical imbalances like hormones or sleep deprivation?

So if you notice that you are more irritable, struggling to deal with your emotions like you normally would, it might be because of one (or more) of these imbalances.

Start assessing your body:
- how is your sleep?
- Your digestion, have you been more bloated/constipated?
- Have you been under lots of stress lately?
If needed a blood test and a visit to a Naturopath will set you on the right path.

Filling our cup with a beautiful outing 🌳
With the healing elements of Earth, Water and Sun 🌞

The energies have been intense lately, knocking the air out of my lungs and leaving me utterly exhausted and raw… ❤️‍🩹

Forcing me to STOP and slow right down, to honour my limits instead of pushing through. And above all, to REST and ride that wave…

Crying and screaming at times (too often to my liking), letting out what was kept in these past years, at last… To no longer carry it and let it weigh me down… No more ❤️‍🔥

Supported by my husband that kept being my unwavering rock through this storm,
Patiently and lovingly taking over so I could rest ❤️

Surrounded by my community who dropped off delicious comfort food and sending words of support 💛

This family has felt that Full Moon in Libra BIG time. My middle child who is so attuned even asked without me saying anything if it was a Full Moon 🌕 Sure is!

[This moon may feel tender, raw, or even confronting thanks to the meet up between Chiron and the Sun.
In astrology, Chiron is the Wounded Healer, and when he mixes with the Sun in assertive Aries, he gently (but firmly) highlights where we’ve felt unseen, unsupported, or unworthy, especially when it comes to being ourselves in relationship.

We have just spent 4 days of absolute bliss in community with wonderful friends.

Mothers sitting together and sharing life stories, the dads bonding and laughing, the little ones making up games from sunrise to sunset under the watchful eyes of everyone. 🏝️

The load of chores feeling so much lighter divided between us all, living day by day without checking the time, just following our physical cues.

This community is a dream come true. 💛

Who is behind Isa’s Haven?

🌻Hi everyone!🌻 There are many new followers so I thought I’d introduce myself properly to all of you. 😊 ✨I’m Isa, mum of 2 little ones and married to the love of my life. I’m located in Hornsby Heights, originally from Belgium although I grew up in West Africa and I’m French (I guess I’m a mix of cultures 😂). I love Australia (its culture, nature and the good balance work/personal life), and I consider it my home. I feel very grateful to be able to raise my beautiful children here. 💕 ✨ I’m very excited with my business: a safe haven to pamper everyone of you, get you to relax and refill your batteries. This is a time of change and growth for all of us, and I really want to help and support everyone of you going through those changes, to love&accept yourself and grow to your higher self 🦋 ✨ I’m a certified and registered (IICT®) Massage Therapist, Reiki healer, doing mediumship and card readings. I also have my first aid (hopefully I’ll never need it though 😂). My home is my sanctuary and I’m looking forward to welcoming you here! ✨Love 💗
