Some milestones are harder than others to embrace & celebrate!

This is one of those!

Fraught with deep loss, personal & familial challenges I was honestly glad to see the end of it! Taking my time now to integrate all the learnings and allowing the professional direction that’s next to emerge and show itself…
somatic therapy (body based), & therapeutic grief circles in our natural setting are bubbling.

In addition, the label ‘Master’ implies that the area has been mastered - those that know me appreciate I am a life-long learner, and I believe my skills and knowledge in this area may never actually be ‘mastered’ so to speak! That said, they are ‘good enough’ and always refining and expanding, and that is good enough.
For now I’m quietly stoked this bit is COMPLETE!

Unexpectedly wintery day here for group & individual sessions - some very cold extremities but we all survived & came away nourished & content, despite the temperature!

So blessed to be able to hold space for our participants, and create a calm learning & healing environment for them.

Incredibly grateful to partner with Margot from Pegasus Inner WellBeing and co-facilitate the Horse Wisdom program together, alongside Spud, Olly & Bodhi (and all of the field of existence) - blessed!

First undercover fire day today…

After re-setting the sand box I went inside between clients for lunch, returned to see a bird had visited and left his footprints in the sand…
I made a little self-expression piece in keeping with his intention… journeying…
from bottom right, to top left…
leaving behind the past, stepping forward into the future… and resting in the present, with spaciousness and purpose 🙌🏻

This Sunday is Mother's Day in Australia. Our thoughts and hearts go out to every mother who was separated from their child through adoption, and every adult adoptee who was separated from their mother through adoption. We remain steadfast in our vision to empower people to understand, and heal from, the lifelong impact of this complex trauma. 💜

Horses offer their unique selves and gifts in the therapeutic space, especially when they feel heard, honoured & respected.

During a quiet moment in the yard today I decided to stop, sit, breathe and then drop into some sadness….

Spud quickly moved close & offered the most beautiful humble & unwavering space holding for approximately 10 or 15 minutes…
just as I was thinking I was carrying the heaviness on my own….

Incredibly grateful for these beautiful beings 🙌🏻 💜

The old saying, beings come into our lives for a reason, a season or a lifetime applies to our beautiful friend & colleague George!

Off for his next adventure with his owner now, we were so lucky to have George (aka Georgey Bum) stay with us for 7 months - he fit in here so well, we were all sad to see him go!

He gave us cuddles, gentleness, cheekiness, connection & space holding for some big emotions!

We gave him cuddles, gentleness, company, nutritious edibles & some upgraded hooves!

Gratitude for all those we share a path with, our fellow travellers, for however long we are gifted 🙌🏻🤎🌟
