Dear All,
It is the perfect time to reconnect with some yoga practice. When the external world is full of turbulence yoga offers the opportunity for us to become steady and balanced.
The Singing Tree Centre will recommence a collection of regular yoga classes as of the 29th of April 2026. Please find the attached yoga flyer for your perusal. Newcomers welcome. Complete beginners welcome.

Dear All,
May 2026 be a time for the odd pause for reflection and getting in touch with a few of our favourite things.... like yoga and colour and even a few drops of rain to see us through the rest of summer.
Yoga commences in February on the 4th 2026.
Looking forward to catching up with you then if you choose to book in.

Spring has finally sprung; I am having an Open Garden to celebrate on the 2nd of November at 42 Barkly Street, Beechworth.
All proceeds from the day will be given to Christ Church, Anglican Church Beechworth.
Hoping you can find time to attend between 9.00 a.m.-4.00 p.m.

Dear All,
It is with deep regret that The Singing Tree Centre will be closed during Term 2 in 2025.
I have discovered a great need to slow my lifestyle down to simply be and get creative for a few weeks. I often mention during yoga classes that we need introverted time for rest, daydreaming and creativity.
So, I am taking my own suggestion on board.
In the meantime, Karen Bartsh (0458172904) and Katja Schoenfelder (0407810604) are two excellent yoga teachers in town.
Alternatively, I recommend researching some zoom yoga via the following link: Yoga Association of Victoria
Good luck and see you in Term 3 if not beforehand.
