Happy Mother's Day to all our Queens.
On this day, no matter the year, or how much time passes, I am reminded of the magnificent beauty of my own mum. When I look in the mirror, I see her love, grace, strength and wisdom, her luminous spirit and twinkling eyes. I am grateful for all the gifts she gave me; I am a lucky daughter.

End of an Era for 'Penno' - We are on the move! 🙂
Due to the end of our lease, we will be relocating our Pennant Hills Clinic and will be closed from March 25th, 2024. In the meantime, we look forward to seeing our Pennant Hills clients at our Beecroft clinic.

We are conveniently located in the Beecroft Village Arcade at Shop 15/ 6-8 Hannah Street, Beecroft NSW 2119 (just 70 metres from Beecroft Station and a short 4-minute drive from Pennant Hills).

🔸Directions: Heading south along Beecroft Road, turn left into Hannah Street (second left after Arden Anglican School – see overleaf for map).
🔸Parking: There is a public carpark conveniently located at the rear entrance to Beecroft Village Arcade which is accessible via Wongala Crescent.
🔸Train: If you are coming by train, we are located 70m from Beecroft Station.
🔸Bus: There are bus stops located nearby on Wongala Crescent near Beecroft Station, and Beecroft Road.

Good job I studied my Masters of Audiology, I understand that noise damage can cause permanent hearing loss! Because this Sunday I will be shaking it off at Accor stadium to the beat of the fabulous Taylor Swift! And seeing as she'll be telling us all to 'CALM DOWN, we're being TOO LOUD', I will be wearing my Custom Musician Earplugs to protect my ears and enjoy the show!

Tinnitus Awareness Week (February 5-11th).
Tinnitus - what is it? Tinnitus, often described as ringing in the ears, is a hearing condition where people hear noises, hisses or hums that are not present in the real world. Tinnitus can be constant or occasional, loud or soft, mild or severe, and can be heard in one or both ears or in the head.

Tinnitus can happen to people of any age or background. Approx. 1 in 3 people in Australia have experienced tinnitus at some point in their life and about one in six live with constant tinnitus. About 2% of Australians (or 500,000 people) find their tinnitus very distressing.

Reach out to your GP, Tinnitus Australia or Shout Hearing for more support. Shout Hearing have a comprehensive tinnitus assessment and rehabilitation program that takes into account these unique experiences of tinnitus. Relief from tinnitus is available now!

At 11 am on 11 November 1918 the guns on the Western Front fell silent after more than four years of continuous warfare. From a poem written in the trenches to the pins worn to honour the fallen, the poppy has spread across the world as an indelible symbol of the human cost of war. On this day we observe a moment's silence to remember our fallen heroes. Lest we forget.
