Look, I am a bit behind on my social media focus but I'm here now...I have been wanting to post this since Australia Day (hope everyone had a lovely day celebrating who we are and what's important to you). For me, there is nothing more quintessentially Australian than a 'work from home day' Kookaburra visit on the BBQ...my favourite feathered friend, atop my favourite Aussie cooktop, what could be more iconic than that. And the thing I love most of all, is hearing them laugh, it's the best sound in the world. As Christmastime is soon upon us, I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to our wonderful clients for their continued loyalty and support. The last few years have been challenging for small business and now, more than ever, your support has been instrumental in ensuring that we have not only survived, but we have thrived and flourished! It is the highest compliment, and we thank you sincerely!

This year has been another busy year for Shout, we have welcomed clients, old and new and continued our professional development. I have enjoyed attending the Independent Audiology Australia conference at Mooloolaba, which was an important opportunity to meet and support other small independent audiology clinics. We are all committed to keeping client centred care and evidence-based practice alive! You have been greeted by our awesome client care team, Lily and Rachael, who continue to provide excellence in customer care, helping in any way you may need from changing a wax filter, to pairing your devices to your phone. No appointment needed, just drop in and be greeted by their friendly faces!

We have also waved good-bye to our much-loved Brooke, who has moved into paediatric care; we are so proud of her success and the next chapter of her audiology career! Finally, we have welcomed our new and highly experienced audiologist Pauline, who has joined us with a wealth of expertise in adult rehabilitation, aural care, and clinic management. We are fortunate to have such a great team at Shout, both past and present!

As the holiday season approaches, please make sure to note the following clinic dates:
• Last day – Wednesday December 24, 2025 (from 1:00pm)
• Re-open – Monday January 5, 2026.

Happy Mother's Day to all our Queens.
On this day, no matter the year, or how much time passes, I am reminded of the magnificent beauty of my own mum. When I look in the mirror, I see her love, grace, strength and wisdom, her luminous spirit and twinkling eyes. I am grateful for all the gifts she gave me; I am a lucky daughter.

End of an Era for 'Penno' - We are on the move! 🙂
Due to the end of our lease, we will be relocating our Pennant Hills Clinic and will be closed from March 25th, 2024. In the meantime, we look forward to seeing our Pennant Hills clients at our Beecroft clinic.

We are conveniently located in the Beecroft Village Arcade at Shop 15/ 6-8 Hannah Street, Beecroft NSW 2119 (just 70 metres from Beecroft Station and a short 4-minute drive from Pennant Hills).

🔸Directions: Heading south along Beecroft Road, turn left into Hannah Street (second left after Arden Anglican School – see overleaf for map).
🔸Parking: There is a public carpark conveniently located at the rear entrance to Beecroft Village Arcade which is accessible via Wongala Crescent.
🔸Train: If you are coming by train, we are located 70m from Beecroft Station.
🔸Bus: There are bus stops located nearby on Wongala Crescent near Beecroft Station, and Beecroft Road.
