This class is perfect if you:

- Have joint challenges, replacements, or reduced mobility

- Are recovering from illness or injury

- Want to improve balance, posture and coordination

- Are looking for a way to build strength and flexibility in a safe and enjoyable way

- Simply want to stay active, connected, and youthful in spirit, no matter your age.

With gentle flowing Dru Yoga, mindful movement, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation, these classes will help you move with greater ease, lift your energy, calm your mind — and even improve your sleep!

Classes are kept small so I can provide personalised support for each participant.

MORE HORSE RIDING FOR ME PLEASE!
What would you love more of in 2025?

I've just come back, full of joy and a slightly sore backside, from my annual Birthday-treat horse ride. It was AMAZING!

And I am wandering how to do more of this in 2025, as it makes my heart sing.

I know what I'll do ......I'll put horses on my 2025 vision board!

Do you do a vision board?

I create vison board every year (some times a couple depending on what special things I am wanting to manifest) .

How do they work?

Well, they tap into our deep subconscious and set our RAS. The Reticular Activating System is the part of our brain/nervous system that filters out the millions of sensory inputs, so we can focus on what is important to us. When we consciously reset or RAS to the things we desire then magic starts to happen.
