To celebrate International Women’s Day, I’m offering a 2-for-1 invitation to my gentle Dru Yoga classes — because women thrive when we support each other.
Bring a friend or you health-buddy and experience how good it feels to move, breathe, and relax together. When we exercise in a supportive group environment, our bodies naturally release oxytocin (the “connection hormone”), which helps lower stress hormones like cortisol and supports our nervous system.
My gentle Dru Yoga classes are designed to soothe and support your nervous system, helping you manage stress, improve sleep, and feel calmer and more balanced.
This term we’re also including gentle, clinically-tested exercises to support a healthy back, pain-free spine, and improved posture.
