A nurturing half-day workshop. Explore the therapeutic benefits of Dru Yoga for the body, mind and heart. A blend of gentle therapeutic blending yoga for back care and wellbeing and to sooth the nervous system. Ideal for these times!

This is was what I was up to last week at the True North Dru yoga Retreat....... I'm featured in the last photo, with a big grin on my face!

It was at a fantastic retreat centre called Matripa, nestled in the in the Yarra Valley in Victoria. with Giant Mountain ash trees, eagles flying overhead , a friendly dog and cure cat , monlight and dawn yoga on the lawn , meditating with the WORLD PEACE FLAME , the most delicious vegetarian food share with 40 of my DRU friends.
