Allowing yourself time and space after a massage is an important part of the healing process.

It’s common to feel “drained” or “tired” afterwards — and this isn’t a negative reaction.

Today In Australia, the national drug regulator Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has updated the safety warnings across the GLP-1 RA medication class. 
• The update says suicidal behaviour and thoughts have been reported among users of GLP-1 RAs — and patients should now be monitored for any “emergence or worsening of depression, suicidal thoughts or behaviours, or unusual changes in mood or behaviour.”
