Tight muscles you just can't seem to release? Maybe you need a massage ball!
Spikey massage balls are an awesome way to perform self-massage and help relieve pressure from tight muscles. They're particularly good for difficult to reach areas such as your upper back or hamstrings.
You can use your spikey ball against the wall or floor, moving your body slowly forwards and backwards to massage the area. Focus on tight spots for up to a minute, stopping if you feel any pain.
