As the seasons shift and bugs start going around, we kindly ask that if you're feeling unwell — fever, chills, sore throat, or just not quite yourself — Please take the time to rest and recover at home.

Physio treatment while you're sick isn’t always in your best interest. Your body needs to rest, and treatment may not be as effective (or comfortable) when you’re under the weather.

We're more than happy to reschedule your appointment for when you're feeling better. Your health — and the health of our team and other clients — is important to us.

Are you looking for a way to strengthen your body, improve your posture, and boost your overall wellbeing — all in a calm, supportive environment? Our weekly Pilates classes, held every Thursday from 5 PM to 6 PM, are the perfect place to start or continue your journey. Pilates offers something for everyone.

Our sessions emphasise:

Did you know that we have a Podiatrist in clinic?!

Kevin is our Podiatrist, he is at our Beeliar Clinic Tuesdays & alternating Thursdays 😃

Kevin is an experienced Podiatrist having worked the past ten years in private practice. Kevin enjoys treating people who present with a variety of different foot conditions, from heel pain to ingrown toenails.

His areas of interest are sports podiatry in activities such as soccer and tennis. Through observing a patient’s foot type, muscle flexibility, joint range of motion, and gait he can determine the cause of your pain instead of just treating the symptoms.

Kevin also a Clinical Supervisor at the University of Western Australia’s Podiatry Clinic, tutoring Podiatry students by providing advice and guidance with evidence based and clinical treatment. He has also invited students to observe treatment of patients at his clinics, as he believe this will provide experience to them in a clinical setting.

Kevin also work's at the other clinics in the local area including Atwell Podiatry and Piara Waters Podiatry.

Next up is Kento! Kento is our Massage Therapist, he is at our Beeliar Clinic Monday & Tuesday 😃

Kento is one of our experienced massage therapists at Beeliar Physiotherapy. He studied BSc Exercise Science in America and Diploma of Remedial and Sports Massage in Sydney. Kento believes his giving and caring nature will make a difference to others. His goal in treatment is to support and increase the body’s natural healing ability, aiming for both pain relief and improved performance.

Kento loves being a remedial massage therapist because it gives him the opportunity to help others, work alongside other health professionals in a multi-disciplinary team, and continuously learn and develop his skills.

He has experience in a range of techniques, including deep tissue and sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, dry needling, PNF stretching, and acupressure point therapy.

Outside of work, Kento has played soccer and futsal for over 30 years and still loving it. He love being active, very outgoing and eating good food. He is a father to a lovely baby girl and a husband. In his down time he enjoy, spending time with his family and friends, relaxing and listening to jazz music.
