After your first fat-loss phase…

(Especially if it is part of a ‘challenge’ or photoshoot etc)

You’re probably just going to look like a smaller version of yourself

Why?!

Because you haven’t spent time building muscle yet

Most people will initially be dissatisfied after their first fat-loss phase

Wondering why they don’t have bigger muscles in certain areas

Or aren’t big and lean like the people on social media…

But they don’t realise any physical improvements you want to make to your body need to be done during a muscle building phase

Dieting down will only unveil what it is already there

Our advice is to not spend the majority of your gym journey in one big fat-loss phase

But mainly in a muscle building phase while cycling in and out of fat-loss phases to unveil new versions of yourself

Every time you do an “after” shot
Turn it into your new “before” shot before undergoing a new building phase to work on a new masterpiece 🎨

✔️ She’s lost 40kg
✔️ Dropped 30% body-fat
✔️ Reduced her waist size by 28cm
✔️ And improved her health by slashing her Visceral Fat from a Level 20 to a Level 4
