Your squat depth isn’t the problem… your ankles are 👀

Squat pain? Poor depth?

Before you blame weak glutes or tight hips… consider your ankles. They might be the real reason your squats aren’t clicking.

🦶 Why Ankles Aren’t Just a Footnote

Tight, restricted ankles might seem minor - but they can throw off your entire squat.

When ankle mobility is limited, your body compensates:
→ Your trunk leans forward
→ Knees fall out of line
→ Core bracing breaks down

The result? More strain on your lower back, knees and hips… and less power in every rep.

Fix the root cause and everything changes.

👉 If your squats feel off, start from the ground up. Improve your ankle mobility and you’ll unlock better depth, stability and control.

If your elbow hurts every time you grip something… this is for you!

Most people think elbow pain only comes from sport like tennis, golf, or lifting.

But it’s often the everyday things that keep it flaring up.
Typing. Carrying bags. Picking up your coffee ☕. Even shaking hands.

And if you’re only resting it, you’re not actually fixing the problem.

I see this all the time.
People stop using their arm because it hurts.
Then the pain comes straight back the moment they start using it again.

That’s because it’s not just irritation.
It’s a lack of strength in the muscles that support your elbow.

So instead of avoiding movement, we want to rebuild strength 💪.

Simple wrist extension and flexion exercises are a great place to start.
They target your forearm muscles and help take pressure off your elbow.

Keep it consistent.
That’s where real change happens.
