It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our patriarch Robbie Heritage. A beloved and respected figure in our community.

Over the years, Robbie has taken care of countless numbers of families through his dedication to the funeral business. He was deeply passionate about helping families through their grief, offering compassion and support during their most challenging moments. His warmth, generosity, and cheeky demeanour endeared him to many, and his absence will be profoundly felt by all who knew him.

We understand how much he meant to many of you, and we will share details of his funeral arrangements in the coming days.

In the meantime, we kindly ask that you refrain from calling, as the family takes this time to grieve.

COVID-19 UPDATE (August 2020)

STAGE 4 RESTRICTIONS ARE NOW IN PLACE in Greater Melbourne, of which Beenak Cemetery is a part.

Beenak Cemetery Trustees understand and empathise with persons who are grieving following the loss of a loved one, and while the impacts of COVID-19 are continually evolving, our commitment is to allow families to honour and celebrate the life of their loved one, whilst following and abiding by the latest advice from the Department of Health and Human Services.

We ask you to please adhere to all current Victorian Government directives.

The opening of the Ford-Gramlick Memorial Garden happened today, in recognition of two of our long serving Trustees, Kevin Ford and Ted Gramlick.

Many thanks to all who contributed to making this a reality.

Also, thank you to all who attended, especially Jo and Brendan Ford, and Scott and Cindy Gramlick.
