⭐️Ascension Meditation I have been using for over 20 years has been pivotal in my transformation.
🥰️I remember the first time I started to experience the Silence using these techniques.
The Teacher asked me to describe what I was experiencing with a knowing look.
I said it was Nothing but Everything...which was weird because the mind can't grasp that. There was such a deep recognition in that moment that Everything I had been searching for on the outside had always been within me. This was Home.
He told me with the biggest smile on his face that it was my own Soul and my connection to God that I was starting to remember. From that moment on it was THAT feeling that I wanted to know more than anything. I have not looked back.
⭐️️I can honestly say that nearly all day every day I am now filled with so much love, joy and peace regardless of my external circumstances. Life has a magical dream like feeling about it.
It is incredible to live like this, especially when I had been in a very dark place all those years ago.

🙏You ARE already an enlightened being hidden under layers of subconcious conditioning and stress. You deserve to remember this. All you have to do is find a meditation technique that teaches you to disengage from your mind, so that you start to rest in the eternal Now and the presence of your Soul and connection to the Divine. Then all you do is never give up, keep meditating, keep going no matter what.
If I can do it when my mind was completely out of control and owning me before i started on this path...then you can too.

Whew the energies have been intense lately🥴
This picture made me laugh because I could so relate to it. Can you?
It's helpful to know that most of what we feel isn't our own.
We are all connected so deeply on a Soul level that we are like 'radio' receivers picking up on what Our collective is releasing and experiencing or even what someone else has thought.

To help yourself through this huge shift we are all going through, whether we are consciously choosing to or not, it really helps by not making everything you are feeling personal, as though it is your own.

Our biggest habit is for our mind to find its favourite reason as to why we are feeling a certain way. Most of the time it is just energy moving through and out, old stuff being released from our subconcious, our bodies and energy shifting and letting go as more light comes in to them.
Getting in to our heads will only serve to feed and build the energy, slowing down its release and preventing it from releasing fully. It also will cause you unnecessary emotional pain.

What will help you in those moments is gently putting all of your attention on your breath in and out and your heartspace.
This will bring you down out of your head and its thinking and more in to your body.
See if you can notice the shift in what you are feeling when you do this. Are you calmer, more peaceful? Did your mind settle? Is your body more relaxed?
If there is still emotion or feelings in the body while doing this, can you allow them to be there without thinking about why and see if it shifts and moves out quicker?
The more you practice this, the easier it will be.
You are learning to become aware and remember your natural state.
You become the master of your experience.

Not one of us is a mistake. Created by the Divine in perfection, each one of us at our core is a divine being of the greatest Love.....and yet we forget. We take on the opinions and comments from others who have also forgotten and this continues as we become adults as the self defeating chatter and habits that keep us feeling unworthy, unhappy and small.
I want you to know that these thoughts and beliefs and even our emotions are not who we are.
Being on the Spiritual path, learning a meditation, doing the inner release work is the most normal and natural thing to do and the best gift you can ever give to yourself, for it is the journey in to Remembering what you already are.
It reveals the Real you, one that can be so full of Joy Happiness and Love for no other reason at all because it is your natural state. The having to be more, do more or have more falls away to an inner experience of contentment, fulfillment and Peace.
