To our valued patients,
There has been a change to how EPC claims are processed in our clinic.
We kindly ask that all patients pay for their appointment in full at the time of their visit - and we will then process your Medicare rebate on the spot, making the process as smooth and convenient as possible.
Please note that a physical debit card is required for on-the-spot Medicare rebates (credit cards and mobile payments are not accepted for this process. If you don’t have a physical card, we’ll provide you with a receipt so you can submit the claim via your MyGov account, and the EPC rebate will be deposited into your nominated bank account.
