I have come to a deeper level of self-discovery with more acceptance of myself and being here in this timeline the last few weeks I've been learning to go more within myself and learning to work with the natural elements of our beautiful mother 🌎 and my chakras ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 and learning how to utilise this new profound tool and how to move this energy through my chakras and my body allowing myself to become more grounded and embodied into myself which has allowed to me to become more anchored into this timeline which I have been missing this whole time 😂 yes a light bulb moment for sure 💡

Normally I'd beat myself up over something like this but working with the elements and a deeper level of embodiment work I feel calm soft and in a full state of surrender and just allowing life to flow my heads clear and not in a state of constant chaos constantly looking for an answer or solution to absolutely everything not going to lie it's fu***ng weird as hell but I know I'm going to be ok here.

I am finally in a state of pure surrender
I have been chasing this ever since I started this journey I have come so close many times before but never quiet got it ego made me feel and think that I had but my soul kept pushing me and with that I am so grateful for all of it as it's got me where I am now dropped into my heart space I finally feel comfortable in my body ✨

You cant positive affirmation your way through healing, well you can try but i can gaurantess you the same lessons will continue to arise just in different situations a change of mindset doesn't quiet cut it either...

When we step onto a true path of healing its fu***ng messy it's dark it's not all positive affirmations and mantras don't get me wrong it's all apart of it but have you sat in your shadow? Have you sat in your shame? Your unworthiness, have you taken ownership of your projecting your pain onto others, have you spent hours digging on belief systems because you really want to change not only for yourself but for your children as well.

This is where the real healing work happens in the deepest darkest pits of our very soul...

The Reptilian Brain... 🧠🧠

💫 There's an aspect of our brain called the Basal
Ganglia this is our survival brain our reptilian brain
it's the primitive part of our brain...

💫 The Basal Ganglia is situated at the base of the
forebrain and top of the mid brain...

💫 Trauma can cause us to go into a primitive state as
a defence mechanism we call this the survival
state...

💫 When we are in this mode we aren't able to think in
higher levels of consciousness so basically we
cannot think for ourselves as we are only focusing
on surviving not living...

💫 We can't move forward, heal we become stuck,
stuck in a cycle of survival which causes physical
stress on the body as well...

💫 We are unable to control our thinking or emotions
we get trapped in fight, flight, freeze or fawn
state...

💫 Through theta healing we are able to come out of
survival mode into thriving mode, Unfreeze and
unflight ourselves from shock and trauma...

Oh I loooove this and I love getting triggered...

Everytime I'm present with something that grinds my gears or triggers the s**t out of me I instantly go within and start asking myself why and how does this affect me and where and when did this start...

Then you've got the opportunity to learn from it, change it and bring exceptional growth into your life...

This is shadow work...

Sitting in your s**t and realising your just as much the problem as the person or situation triggering you...

Ownership...

Own your s**t and grow from it...

It's no one else's fault...

At the end of the day as adults we have to take full responsibility of OUR OWN S**T...

I have been triggered me to no end, to the point everyone and everything triggered me...

Allow your triggers to teach you...

Doing the inner work and healing yourself isn't all rainbows and cupcakes...

There's strength and power in shadow work, this is where we truly find ourselves...

Why do you ask...

Because there's so much polarity in this frequency...

I allow my fear to drive me...

To challenge me...

To push me further into endless opportunities...

It's all about choice...

You can allow fear to run you or you can ride that fear train into the sunset and make it your bitch... 🤣🤪

We have to options when it comes to "FEAR"

We can either...

FACE EVERYTHING AND RISE... 🙌💫

or we can...

FORGET EVERYTHING AND RUN... 🏃‍♀️🧑‍🦯

To me the 2nd ones not even an option it used to be as I was stuck in fight or flight due to trauma I was living in fear in survival mode...

Trauma creates a trauma response when we experience trauma which then in turn usually puts us into a state of fight, flight, freeze or fawn...

From this trauma response we create archetypes that keep us safe hence the cycles we get stuck in from the stories we tell ourselves to keep us safe...

Yes trauma serves us in some way or another hence why we get so stuck in it...
