A question I am often asked; will stretching help prevent injury? The answer is...strength training with a properly qualified instructor (preferably an exercise scientist or exercise physiologist, 3-4years degree) will prevent injury more effectively! That doesn't mean don't stretch, couple it with a tailored program!!!
