✨ Let Go & Reclaim Your Calm Workshop ✨
Recently, I had the privilege of guiding a group of incredible women (Healthy Inspirations Weight Loss Prospect) through a workshop exploring stress and anxiety, and how they show up in our daily lives.
Together, we created a safe space where tears, laughter, and curiosity were all welcome — a reminder that each of us is unique, and our journeys are our own.
We explored simple tools to help notice and navigate moments of stress, while also touching on the many supportive practices available for deeper healing.
My heartfelt thanks to the brave women who showed up fully for themselves and for each other. 💛 A huge shout out to Nola for sharing her wonderful space and always supporting! 🙌
In my professional practice, I integrate modalities such as breathwork, hypnosis, reiki and mind–body approaches to support clients in managing stress, building resilience, and improving overall wellbeing.
