Yoga can be a way to explore what it means to be kind to yourself and others.
It might start with taking care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Noticing how you talk to yourself can also help you practice self-forgiveness, self-respect, and believing in yourself.
This increased awareness of kindness toward yourself can translate to increased kindness for others and the world around us
This week on the mat let’s work together to create an environment of kindness that will spread beyond the mat and our practice, out into the world around us!
On the topic of kindness, T H A N K Y O U for all of the kind words of love and support that we have received this week after the passing of our dear 13 y.o. Lily dog only 7 short days ago.
Tony, Bobby and I have been showered with kindness and shared memories of our dear friend and companion
