The deepest joy of the human experience is to be mindful.
It is not a task. It is bliss itself.
A bliss that is awake and vigilant to what never moves, to what is always present.
Be that. Then you will see this entity called your lifetime unfold exquisitely,

🕉️Dharana: Concentration & Mindfulness🕉️
Dharana is the ability to direct the mind, to hold it in a single line of focus, uninterrupted. We can practice being mindful in everything we do, not just the time we spend on our yoga mats. Immerse yourself in the present moment whilst performing every day tasks e.g. walking the dog, washing the dishes, listening to your friend or partner. Too often our minds are racing ahead to the future or stuck in the past. Enjoy this moment to the fullest. Be present.
