We live in a fast paced world full of sights, sounds and distractions.
SO much information coming at us from every direction can leave us feeling anxious and overstimulated!
How can we reclaim the calm centre that is within each of us?
Mindful practices such as yoga and meditation, walking or sitting in nature, switching off our phones, tv’s, computers and having a technology break is important too!
Slow down. Breathe.
Step onto your mat and let your practice be the reset your nervous system is asking for.
