Today’s Full Moon activates the Pisces-Virgo axis and Gate 63 (Gate of Doubt) and Gate 64 (Gate of Confusion).

No drama. Just “No”. It’s a whole sentence.

When we start to set boundaries, guilt can creep in and send us into rumination.

I don’t know about you but I would rather sit with temporary guilt while the pride of standing up for myself seeps into my DNA than perpetuate cycles of suppressing anger because I didn’t speak up.

All it takes is one moment of COURAGE.

You may be surprised at how many of my female clients wear The Intellectual mask.

Women are often characterised as being overly emotional, but for women who experienced unsafe or unpredictable environments growing up, they adapted by going into their mind.

When someone wears The Intellectual mask they:

🤓 Over-think, over analyse and ruminate over everything
🤓 Use logic to avoid emotions
🤓 Argue instead of feeling

They are usually highly sensitive people and feel things very deeply. But instead of acknowledging their feelings or speaking up about how they feel their mind rationalises it away.

It keeps them ‘safe’. Or so they think. Until the emotional pressure builds into an outburst of anger.

These women tend to be very self-aware and have a thirst for understanding themselves on an intellectual level.
