At CEADA, our goal is to provide a person-centred approach to care services. Our Care team support each client's individual needs, assist in maintaining their independence and participating within their local community.
We support clients of all ages and abilities, providing a range of care from minor assistance (social outings, living skills, recreational and group activities) to personal care needs (showering, medication, feeding, toileting)

Desired attributes for applicants:
We are seeking Carers for individuals with high care needs as well as those who require minimal care interventions. Experience is not required to assist with low care clients as we will provide training.
Ideally, for high care clients, you will have experience in disability support, specifically working with people with spinal cord injuries, MS, cerebral palsy and are able to use hoists and lifting equipment safely.
• Experience in providing personal care, showering, bladder and bowel care.
• Drivers Licence and access to a car.
• Ability to use manual handling equipment.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Current Police check or willingness to obtain
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
• Certificate III in Community, Aged and/or Disability care is highly regarded.

PAYROLL OFFICER

Part Time – 2 Days per fortnight
Key Responsibilities:
• End to End payroll function for 50+ employees fortnightly
• Assisting with reporting requirements and using your extensive payroll knowledge to analyse, problem-solve and test solutions to resolve queries and issues
• PAYG and Superannuation reconciliations and payments, ensuring any legislative changes are addressed proactively
Essential:
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Experience with MYOB/XERO
• Demonstrated experience in interpreting Modern Awards (SCHADS is highly regarded)
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Displays professionalism, integrity, self-motivation, energy and initiative
• Appropriate Qualifications for the role
