Our Story
Flexible Home Care and Respite Services (FlexiHome Care) is an NDIS registered service provider, offering a range of disability services all across New South Wales and several areas in Queensland to assist you in living comfortably and safely at home. We help you to participate in your community activities. We provide quality support for in-home care services. We pride ourselves in quality experience in customer service and the quality of the staff we employ to send into our clients’ homes.
Our tailored support program makes positive differences in the lives of people with disabilities. We can assist you with short-term options such as respite care and transition care, to long-term options like medication management, personal care, or community support.
We deliver innovative and flexible high-quality support to enhance life skills, learning, and occupational opportunities for people with disabilities, their families, and carers. In practice, we advocate for the most equitable system of disability support possible, both within the service itself and throughout the sector. We constantly review and develop practices and policies so that they do not disenfranchise any person we support or staff member.
Our services are fully insured, our nurses, AINs, and carers meet national training standards and have undergone careful screening and police checks. An important part of our service (which sets us apart from other home care providers) is the ongoing, active supervision from an experienced registered nurse care coordinator.
