Participants allocation-loads: At Quantum Disability Services we uphold your right to quality, timely responsive and proactive service, to enable this we ensure each Support Coordinator is responsible for reasonable allocation of participants to serve so that each participant can be given the sufficient time, attention and proactive support that they deserve and expect
WHO DO WE SUPPORT?
Under NDIS prerequisites we provide services to the Australian citizens, residents or permanent visa holders, aged under 65 years and meet the disability and early intervention requirements. Participants should be eligible to receive funding through the National Disability Insurance Scheme. If you are unsure, contact the agency directly to inquire about your eligibility.
We work with people of all cultures, abilities, special conditions and support needs. We are flexible and adaptable to suit your conditions and coordinate supports to achieve your goals. If the NDIS participant is a child or being supported by a guardian, we will work with the participant’s support person to implement the plan and supports.
