A call for your wisdom and insight!
🧠 I’ve spent 30 years as a psychologist working with the ADHD brain, not to mention that I have this brain myself.
✨ I’m creating something new for ADHD professionals struggling with their ADHD at work:
✅ Shifting them from seeing themselves as a problem and feeling overwhelmed and dissatisfied, to achieving confidence and their greatest success at work by:
* identifying and harnessing their strengths first,
* managing their challenges and if relevant,
* learning how to have constructive conversations with managers to confidently communicate their value and negotiate the support they deserve to thrive.
Unlike traditional ADHD programs, this course depathologises ADHD — focusing on strengths before struggles to boost confidence, bargaining power, earn well-deserved promotions and feel secure and successful in their careers.
The issue is really close to my heart and I want to make the online course as helpful and ultimately as life-transforming as possible for the people in it… I know that speaking to people like yourself will really help me tailor the content to what will best serve this niche of people.
🫵🏼 Do you have a spare 20-30 min to have a casual chat over zoom about your journey? There will be no terrifying questions - it will help me get a deeper sense of how I can best serve you and others like you. Research participants will be offered half-price early access to the Beta course, if they are interested, as my appreciation!
