And suddenly - headline!
A genius unleashed after dark 😅

If this feels a little too familiar…

ADHD is different for women.

Different symptoms.
Different hormonal influences.
Different social expectations.

And often… a very different kind of shame.

Many capable ADHD professionals grow up believing they are disorganised, lazy, inconsistent - or somehow failing to live up to their potential.

But what if the real issue isn’t your ability…
What if it’s that your brain has been measured using the wrong rulebook?

I work with high-functioning ADHD professionals who are intelligent, creative and capable - yet still find that work feels harder than it should.

Often the missing piece isn’t more discipline or better productivity tools.
It’s understanding how your brain is actually wired.

To help people start recognising their strengths, I created the Collaros ADHD Strengths Screener (CASS).
It’s the first strengths-based ADHD screener designed to help you identify how your wiring shows up at work.
In less than 5 minutes, you’ll discover some of the ADHD strengths that may be quietly driving your:
• creativity
• problem-solving
• resilience
• innovation

You’ll also receive a companion guide:
“CASS Strengths Leveraged in the Workplace”
A practical resource to help you recognise where — and how — those strengths can translate into real professional advantage.

Download the free screener here:
https://howtomakeshifthappen.com/cass

And if you'd like to attend ADHD Women’s Palooza for free, where my full session on strengths-based ADHD at work is included, you can register here:
https://fn101.isrefer.com/go/womenpalooza2026/collaros/

Let’s stop measuring brilliant brains by the wrong rulebook.
Let’s make shift happen.

Ever heard the story of Lambert the Sheepish Lion?

Lambert grew up believing he was a sheep - awkward, gentle, out of place...
until the moment it became clear he’d been a lion all along.

That story mirrors what I see every day in adults with ADHD.

So many brilliant people have spent years trying to fix themselves, mask their strengths or fit into systems that were never designed for how their brains work.

That’s why I created the Collaros ADHD Strengths Screener (CASS) - the world’s first strengths-based ADHD screener, designed to identify how ADHD strengths actually show up at work.

When you take the free CASS, you’ll also receive a workplace companion guide - The CASS Strengths Leveraged in the Workplace - to help you begin recognising where, and how, your strengths can be better leveraged in professional settings.

You’re not a sheep. 🦁
You’re a lion who’s grown up in the wrong field.

I’m creating a free session for ADHD professionals who are still performing - but know they can’t keep this pace up forever.

Which line feels closest to your current experience?

A. You’re coping - but it’s costing you
B. When “doing well” isn’t sustainable
C. The burnout nobody sees

Just comment A, B, or C - no explanations needed.

26/01/2026

Come Every January, I tend to stress and I get anxious about starting a new work year

Am I going to cope? How am I going to cope? My challenges are still there…

Then I tell myself…
ok: this will be the year I’m calmer, more organised, finally on top of things.

And then by mid-January I begin to feel behind, flooded and exhausted.

If you have an ADHD brain, that’s not because you’re failing.
Really.

It’s because you’ve possibly not fully understood yourself and you have been trying to run a Formula 1 brain on systems that are built for bicycles.

That’s why I created ADHD LIKE A BOSS — a programme to teach ADHD professionals - who are smart and capable but don’t regularly feel it - how to actually work WITH their brain, not against it.

If your nervous system has been whispering
‘I don’t want to keep doing it this way anymore’ —
listen to that.
And let me flippin help you!

I live with this brain too and I have been working with it for 30 years, this year
I have done everything I need to for today and before work starts again on Tuesday, so I’m off to watch a movie and chill…

But first I want to tell you that:
You don’t need to keep struggling and suffering and shaming yourself
If you’re tired of starting every year exhausted — this is for you.
And you don’t need to feel 100% ready.
You just need to show up.

“Doors close tonight at midnight.
Click the link below and let’s make this shift happen!

And please message me if you have any questions or concerns (or need help deciding if this is a good fit for what you need)

Nothing changes if nothing changes. Annoying, but true.

So Will you let me help you?

48 hours remain… and your ADHD brain is currently:

✔ thoughtfully considering
✔ wildly overthinking
✔ emotionally negotiating
✔ reorganising something that was NOT on the list 😅

This is your friendly pit-stop nudge 🏁
Not pressure. Not panic. Just awareness.

If your nervous system whispered“I don’t want to keep doing it this way anymore”- listen to that.

ADHD LIKE A BOSS closes soon… and your future self will either high-five you or side-eye you gently tomorrow 😄

FAQ I keep hearing (quietly 👀): “But what if I don’t follow through?”

If that question popped into your head, you’re EXACTLY who I built this for.

ADHD LIKE A BOSS isn’t “watch videos and magically change your life.”

It’s:
✅ live coaching
✅ guided implementation
✅ ADHD-aligned systems
✅ community accountability (without shame)

You don’t need more willpower.
You need the right track.

Doors close Monday 27th midnight.
