This was us on Tuesday our last clinical day before Christmas 🎄🎁🎅🧑‍🎄🤶
Life is precious, keep having fun, and hang out with people who joins in the joy with you!

We are extremely blessed to have helped so many patients achieve their health goals this year. Grateful for the personalised efforts some of our patients make to show their appreciation back. (All the treats were so yum and smells so nice, THANK YOU ❤️).

As a team we had a massive year of C.A.R.E! 🥰 smashing out both personal and professional goals!
With a lot tuning into each other, slowing it right down, and being there for each other to create a massive amount of good energy to propel us and our patients to the end of the year! 🚀🚀🚀🚀

Our end of year celebration with dart throwing, food and karaoke! Jacqui smashed it and came first in 🎯
We love singing, it shifts and calms your central nervous system and makes you more grounded to yourself (fact)! Karaoke in a private booth with Japanese food is the only way to do it!!!
