1. What is your favourite thing to treat and why?

It is very hard to pick a favourite. Over the years, witnessing the transformation in women—from feeling vulnerable, fearful, in pain, or uncertain to becoming empowered and confident—has been incredibly rewarding. It is truly humbling when women entrust me with their stories and allow me to walk alongside them on their path to recovery.
I learn from the women just as much as they learn from me, whether they are navigating the postnatal period, recovering after cancer treatment, or transitioning through perimenopause and post menopause, to name a few.

2. What is your favourite thing about working at SWP and PC?

There are so many positives. The team has been so welcoming the moment I stepped in. Everyone works together so well. It is such a well-established clinic that I feel very honoured to be part of this team.

3. Do you have any health and fitness goals for 2026?

Stay well, injury free and not get sick.
exercise 3x/week by mid-year and 5x/week by end year in strength training —> carry my own weight. Build up running endurance to 20mins.

4. What do you like to in your spare time?

Gardening, crocheting, sewing, spending time with hubby and our 3 boys
If and when I do get spare time, a sleep in feels really good 😊

1. What is your favourite thing about working at SWP and PC?

I love connecting with the community and working with the team as everyone is so friendly and kind! 😊

2. Do you have any health and fitness goals for 2026?

Yes! I’d love to go on more hikes and runs with friends and family. I would also love to stay consistent with walking, which so far has been going great :)

3. What do you like to in your spare time?

In my spare time I love to hang out with friends and family, whether it’s window shopping or eating out! I also love to get fresh air by taking my dog on walks 🐾

2025! A great sweet 16 years in business helping the hills community connect with themselves and loved ones ♥️🎈

Through the highs, lows, fuzzy, joys, sweats, chills, tears, laughter. Embracing it ALL for the lessons, growth, resilience (aka thicker skin), connections, clarity, for more kindness to self, and towards others.

The journey of life is messy so to is the journey through physiotherapy it can also be SO messy (did not do those exercises, did too many of those exercises, no sleep, left bladder diary at home, taking more time to process that information, trail error of exercise / pessary, planted that seed, worst pain, better movement, that strategy did not work). We are all humans f ups happen, embrace messy, start again, continue where you stopped, move a long with it… you got this!

Tuesday 6pm Strength and Rebuild Class with Jo went to for dinner after their last class for the year!
Always great to slow down and catch up with each other especially after a big year for everyone! 🥰♥️

Classes are great for accountability, BUT… even greater for the jokes (laughter calms the nervous system), the debriefs, the try this recipe, give this view point a go, the same same life stages with kids/parents, the perspective taking. Overall it makes us understand ourselves better, makes life more fun and enjoyable.
