What’s your go-to when it comes to self-care or decompressing?
Do you listen to music… prefer silence… movement… touch?
Because the way we unwind matters just as much as how we push through.
Stress doesn’t just disappear , it stores in the body.
In the jaw. The neck. The shoulders. The face.
