🌀 Feeling overwhelmed? Your nervous system might be asking for care.

When we’re anxious, stressed, or stuck in conflict, our body shifts into survival mode. Calming your nervous system isn’t just about feeling better in the moment — it’s about creating space for clarity, connection, and healing.

Here are some gentle ways to regulate:
🌬️ Slow, deep breaths
🌿 Time in nature or sunlight
