I'm Jess, an acupuncturist, clinic owner, mother, and soon to be full fledged advanced practitioner of homeopathy. Once upon a time I was in the corporate world, as a project manager, analyst, and even a computer programmer.

Though I had heard about homeopathy over the years, it was in 2019 when I first volunteered at a donation-based acupuncture & homeopathy tent at the Woodford Folk Festival that I gained more exposure to this system of medicine. Fast forward a few years, l've completed Practitioner training in homeopathy and am now studying with the homeopaths from Woodford to qualify as an Advanced Practitioner of Homeopathy. I have been amazed at the shifts my clients have experienced with homeopathy, and with acupuncture + homeopathy.

Homeopathy is making a resurgence and I'm so happy to be part of it 🫶

Womb Hara Massage is a beautiful healing massage that focuses on a detoxing sacred body work and combining it with breath work and energy work to focus on your heart/womb connection. The womb is the energetic centre of creative life force and feminine energy in the body, where we can birth all of our magical potentials - whether that is birthing children, projects or ideas, and all that we wish to create in the world.

Our Hara refers to the organs that reside within the abdominal region that provide us with the breath of life that regulates the energy and blood of the whole body. This divine feminine external massage is an infusion of modalities from Chinese Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage, fertility massage, Mayan abdominal massage techniques, and Womb Awakening.
