Sebaceous hyperplasia are seen as small white/yellow bumps on the skin and are completely benign. They are an overgrowth of your oil (or sebaceous) glands and often present in more oily skin types. They do not require removal but if the appearance is bothersome treatment can be with methods such as cryotherapy, diathermy and laser ablation.
