YES WE ARE ON THE JOB AGAIN THIS YEAR.

At Sit and Be Fit we love to give back to our Community. Every year we assist The Hobart City Mission with their Food and Toy Drive.
If you can assist in a small way by donating non perishable food stuff, personal care items or new toys or vouchers to families in need.
I have placed boxes at The Howrah Community Centre and Healthology Medical Centre at Rokeby.

Last year City Mission assisted over 1000 families to have a better Christmas. Working together we can ensure that many families who are in need will have a good Christmas this year in these tough times .

Sit and Be Fit is a class that I continue to teach after some 30 years or more. It is a community, a family of people who enjoy exercising together and socialising with each other.
