Come join us at the Belli Park Community Hall for a relaxing wellness immersion especially curated for those of you wanting to prepare for the change in seasons and approaching cooler months.
Saara from Maiala Yoga will take you through nourishing yoga practices to warm and nurture your body, calm your nervous system and cultivate a breath awareness practice to support you on and off the mat. She will also share with you ancient and yet still wholly relevant principles of yoga that you can apply as you navigate life in the weeks and months ahead.
Gabby, our fabulous chef, musician and naturopath from the Sunshine House of Wellness in Belli Park, will discuss with you the change in season, ways to detox and strengthen your immune system to fight those winter nasties. She will also demonstrate a live blood analysis using her microscope to show you the story your body tells her about what’s needs to be focused on to optimise your health.
Christine from Tucker@Bellidowns, lives with diabetes, fructose, lactose and protein intolerances and will run a hands-on cooking class, so you will learn how to make a low-budget healthy meal that loves your tummy especially in winter. You will cook vegan and gluten-free dishes with her that are made in millions of Indian homes that she learnt from her grandma and now teaches you!
