About the Weekend
This Inner Child Healing Weekend is a deeply nurturing experience designed to help you reconnect with, heal, and re-parent your inner child.
Together, we will explore how experiences from birth to 21 years of age shape your self-beliefs, relationships, boundaries, and patterns of self-sabotage as an adult. Much of what we think we deserve — and how we react to life — is formed during these early years.
Throughout the weekend, we will:
• Identify where your inner child may still be running the show
• Work through the inner children held within each chakra
• Gently release outdated beliefs and emotional patterns
• Re-parent your younger self with compassion, safety, and awareness
• Create healthier foundations for friendships, relationships, and self-worth
This work allows old emotional responses to be purged, making space for new, conscious ways of thinking and being.
