Hi Ladies!! Sunday 6th August we meet!! Bush walk in Brierfield then discussion around fire. Bring water, wrap up warm and something to eat after. Hey all! Aware that I haven't written for a while... Our next meeting is Sunday 2nd July 0830 AM. We will be doing a bush walk so please bring comfortable shoes, layers and plenty to drink. We will be discussing 'Failure' as our topic. Our meeting place is private property in Brierfield so please message if you are attending so I can give you the address. Ladies, we meet tomorrow. Sunday 4th June. We will meet at Christmas holes in Glennifer in the car park at 9am and walk to a spot together.
If you would like to bring some morning tea for everyone to share, then feel free to do so, but not necessary!
For those of you who want to, we will be doing breathwork followed by an ice cold dip/swim in the pools. This will hopefully help bring out any emotions, feelings etc that you have stored inside.
Self compassion is our topic, so I invite you to have a think about this.
Lastly, we will have an altar which you can bring something to place on if you wish.

Ok ladies, next Sunday 3th June we will meet at Glennifer at 9am (Christmas holes)so that the sun has a bit more of a chance to come up before we swim! We will do breathwork prior to swimming to set our minds for a cold immersion! If you need directions, please let me know.
Our topic of conversation will be Self Compassion so I invite you all to think about that before we meet.
Please bring something for the altar that you feel represents you and /or self compassion.
Anyone who would like to contribute to morning tea would also be good but not necessary 😊

Ladies we meet on 4th June for next meeting. I really want to push ourselves out of our comfort zones this time, so we will be going for a winter swim at Glennifer with a fire afterwards to keep us warm while we discuss our chosen topic. Will post more in next coming weeks. Look forward to seeing you all.

Ladies, for the month of May, we are meeting in Fernmount on Saturday 6th May (date change due to work commitments and Mothers Day!). 8.30am start.
We will be shooting some arrows with some archery and discussing what strength is to a woman. Internal strength, physical strength, emotional strength... what do you struggle with, what strengths do you embrace and feel you have.
Details of venue close to date. Look forward to seeing you all!
