Happy New Year… for yesterday 🙃 May the year be full of fun adventures, love and good health.

As we have done since moving to Bellingen in 2016. We welcomed the new year by watching the sun rise with family.

What a wonderful year of inspiring young dancers through a a joyous and caring love of movement. Thankyou for all the energy and effort you put into every single class you teach. Every year I ask both girls if they are re-enrolling next year. I am greeted by horrified faces that I should even ask such a question 🥰

I’ve been mulling over an idea for a while & in my usual fashion… I’ve made it happen at the last minute.

ROOM SPRAYS!!!!

For these fun little bottles I’ve fused aromatherapy and flower essence therapy.

Only 2 of each this market (because I messed up my ordering so I have limited bottles and witchazel.

So it will be first in best dressed & I’ll have more next markets.

This chick is head strong & independent. But she’s also my anxious & nervous kid.

She’s worked so hard over the last 2years to take control of her emotional out bursts & her fear of not being perfect.

Today she competed in her first gymnastics competition & she placed 5th overall in level one. Such an achievement. She knows there are areas for improvement. But is super proud of herself for getting in, having a go & giving it her best.

& to celebrate, she practiced hand stands at the beach.

Book week brag post alert!

Another year of creating my kids visions. Lou is happily tripping off as Emma McKeon with her Olympic tracksuit & gold medal. Jaz is Bill Cipher from gravity falls. An evil triangle trying to take over the world.

I have to admit. I got a bit of help this year. Jaz requested her costume as her Christmas present from grandma last year. (Thank you Grammy)

However; this is also a crowning moment as Jaz completes her final book week. I reflected back on all the magic we have created over the years.

I read a book. In about 2 days 🤓😀

It’s an amazing story of connecting life’s mysteries and the people who help to make you who you are.

If you’re looking for a book that draws you in & has you reading… just one more chapter… oops that’s 5 chapters. Then this is my recommendation to you.
