It helps us feel grounded, that sense of connection, to smell, feel, touch and know that it exists is devine. Reminding us of the line that connects us to them and to everything

Feeling the medicine of the butterfly in the collective currently…can feel the recent energetic shift, energy is now flowing.

Spent some time yesterday with myself to connect back to me. Spirit wanted this beautiful story THAT WAS SHARED WITH ME to be carried on through the wings of the wind goddess.

Peering over the highest peak
The wild ride to get to this point
By no means a feat
Stretching and the pulling
Painful but necessary

Stretching me open
Open open…. OPEN
Tearing through the armour
The fake wall
Built through years and tears from ages ago
That once felt like a haven, safety
Had became an unconscious prison

Till one day it cracks
And in crawls the light
Filing the space that was once darkness
Is now filled with the Devine light of Mercy

Remembering me,
Remembering my path and purpose
For I am not the same as I was yesterday
My soul wants to fly and spread my wings
To touch the winds with my stories and songs
My dreaming
In wait for all whom hear
