CLINICAL TIPS: AURUM METALLICUM
We often overlook Aurum metallicum in cases without suicidal despair, but it's frequently indicated in hypertrophy of the heart, particularly when accompanied by high blood pressure and easily provoked anger.

The anger is not constitutional, but organically driven — often stemming from hepatic pathology with secondary cardiovascular involvement.
