X39 Stem Cell Replacement Patches.
Recently, my 19-year-old cat, Oscar, received a terrible diagnosis from the vet - a kidney stone and a large mass occupying more than half of his bladder. Unfortunately, surgical removal of the bladder was not deemed a viable option, and the vet, who had never previously treated Oscar, suggested morphine to manage the perceived pain.
However, as Oscar's human I am confident that he isn't experiencing constant pain, although I do observe him shifting his weight in discomfort when his kidney is particularly troublesome.
