Here is a stressful fact!

75% of Australians surveyed admitted that stress in their lives adversely affected their physical health, while only 64% said it affected their mental health.

Note: This is how stress affects me and it affects everyone differently.

So, Over the last couple of years stress has been a major part of my life (Business, Wedding, Buying a house, Personal life). But I have started to understand my different stress levels and the affects it has on my body.

Here are my levels:

Level 1. Just a little stressed- Getting headaches and body feels tight and sore all the times
Level 2: Wrists start to get inflamed and find it hard to treat, Eczema starts to play up on my hands and around my eyes
Level 3: Sleep is out the window and don't have an appetite
Level 4: Just exhausted and ready to give up on everything

Lucky for me I have only every been at level 4 once or twice over the last 6 years.

So are your levels of stress?

Back in January I did a cupping course called Functional Release Cupping (FRC for short). The results are AMAZBALLS!

The time has come to say goodbye to the Shannon Ave Clinic.

I started way back in December 2015 just after graduating from my Advance Diploma of Myotherapy. I was fresh out of school and took the leap to run my own business. It was tough at the start, and I had very little knowledge of what was involved in building a successful business.

I will be honest, running a business is not easy and there were plenty of times where I nearly threw in the towel (pun intended).
But THANK YOU to all the clients that have supported me through this journey as you were the reason why I kept going.

So, what happens now?
As of Monday the 20th of May 2019, I will be practising at my new clinic space @ 68 Kidman Ave, Belmont, 3216.
