Yesterday, we brought Thai flavors into the kitchen!
We prepared extra garlic, onions, and chili separately so participants could choose their preferred level of spice for their own palate. The Thai beef salad was a great success.
In between cooking, we also made additional garlands for our Christmas party. In the afternoon, we prepared our first Choc Ripple Cake with homemade whipped cream.
It was all about taking our time and enjoying the decorating process—very easy, very festive, and it definitely made us feel more Christmassy.
Don’t forget, next Monday 22/12, we will be holding our Christmas party from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Come joyful and ready to celebrate! There will be great company, music, dancing, delicious food, and a few surprises.
Our cooking class will return in 2026 on Monday, 5 January.
