If the pain is mild and related to crimp use, it's important to take precautions and avoid aggravating the area, check out our reel where Jayden goes over an exercise. However, if you're experiencing sudden or severe pain, it's best to get it checked out to rule out a possible volar plate or pulley injury. Stay safe and climb on! 🧗‍♀️🧗‍♂️
