The Wellness Studio provides a welcoming and supportive space for you to immerse yourself in our therapeutic services, and optimise overall health and well being! All your appointments will take place in our peaceful studio environment with friendly staff to guide you. Founder Rod Barratt discovered his passion for floatation over 30 years ago when he experienced first-hand the profound difference it made to his life. In 1988, Rod was one of the first in Geelong to open up a business which offered floatation to the community. In 2015, after years of experience in the industry and hundreds of floats later, Rod decided to re-introduce the wonders of floatation to the Geelong community with The Wellness Studio's opening. Rod's mission is to make these 'alternative' therapies that he knows and trusts accessible to the community and encourages individuals to make a difference to their own wellbeing proactively by seeking these holistic services out.

The Wellness Studio was created as a space for individuals to immerse themselves in the holistic benefits of natural, science-based alternative therapies, and to optimise their overall health and well being.

Founder Rod Barratt discovered his passion for floatation over 30 years ago after experiencing it’s profound benefits for the very first time. In 1988, Rod was one of the first in Geelong to open up a business which offered floatation to the community.
