Struggling with stubborn hamstring pain? You’re not alone! 🏃‍♂️🤕
A new review (Dizon et al, 2023) highlights that Proximal Hamstring Tendinopathy (PHT) rehab needs more than just the usual tendon playbook.

What works best?

Progressive loading (even with some discomfort! 💪)

Lumbopelvic stability exercises (think trunk control, not just hamstring strength 🧘‍♀️)

Targeted angles to load the tendon where it matters 🎯

Consistency (rehab for at least 8 weeks 📅)

ESWT is helpful, but only as an add-on to a solid exercise plan ⚡

There’s a new warm-up in town—and it’s making a big difference. The FUNBALL program, designed for teenage soccer players, is helping cut down on injuries across the board 🙌

Teams that used FUNBALL just twice a week saw fewer overall injuries, especially to the thigh, and fewer moderate to severe setbacks. That means more game time, fewer days on the sidelines, and happier players all round! 🔁👟
