Meet Steph — a Mental Health Occupational Therapist who supports people to build independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. Her approach is grounded in Polyvagal Theory and nervous system support, and she weaves her training in DBT skills with mindfulness, and routine-building. Steph is also a trained clinician and offers the Safe and Sound Protocol, helping individuals understand and regulate how their nervous system responds to everyday life.
