Meet Steph — a Mental Health Occupational Therapist who supports people to build independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. Her approach is grounded in Polyvagal Theory and nervous system support, and she weaves her training in DBT skills with mindfulness, and routine-building. Steph is also a trained clinician and offers the Safe and Sound Protocol, helping individuals understand and regulate how their nervous system responds to everyday life.

She’s known for her reliable, calm, compassionate presence and her ability to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Graduating from Deakin University in 2023, along with Occupational Therapy studies and experience as an OT therapy assistant during her time at University, Sabrina brings additional life experience to the table.
Drawing on her background as a yoga facilitator (since 2022) and beauty therapist (14 years experience) she integrates mind–body approaches to support people in finding balance, connection, and meaning in their lives.
