Owning my own business is something I always wanted to do, however I didn’t see it happening so soon.
Thank you all for the patience, kindness, and support everyone has shown to me through this tough but exciting time, especially my partner and family ❤️

This is a question I get asked almost every week!

Myotherapy is:

- A physical therapy designed to prevent, treat and manage musculoskeletal pain and associated pathologies.

- We use massage, dry needling, cupping, exercise prescription, orthopedic testing, and lifestyle advice in a consultation.

- Each consultation will be different depending on the individual clients needs.

- Conditions I commonly treat are Chronic Lower Back Pain, Multiple Sclerosis, Migraines, ITB Friction (Runners Knee), Postural Issues, Achilles Tendonopathy, Plantar Fasciitis, and much more.

It feels bittersweet to announce that I am re-launching my own business 🥳
As of the 19th of April, I will be working for myself out of a room at Geelong Heath Hub.
I have set up a website www.bethecclesmyotherapy.com so you can easily book online for either a 45 or 60 minute appointment, Tuesday through to Friday.

(Please be patient with the website, it’s a work in progress)

I also wanted to say thank you to all of you that have reached out and offered your love and support after Em's passing (owner of Revive Remedial Massage, and dear friend), I really appreciate everyones kindness at this time.

It is will extreme sadness and grief to inform you our beloved Emily, our friend and The owner of Revive Remedial massage passed away on the 18th of March.
She was one incredible woman, that brought so much love, kindness and calm to everyone that knew her.
If you wish to attend her funeral please let me know. It will also be lived streamed via the streaming section at Www.guyettsfunerals.com.au on Monday the 28th at 11am 💕💕

I may be smiling in this picture, but with each lockdown comes more frustration, for the sole reason that I can’t work because someone in the government says that I’m “not an essential worker”.
I can’t do what I love. I can’t help the people that come to me in pain and discomfort.
The clients that I have been managing for years are left to fend for themselves and there’s nothing I can do about it, other than suck it up and tell myself “there’s people in worse situations”.

If lockdown has taught me anything, it is how important gratitude and self-care are.
Please look after yourselves and take it one day at a time ❤️
