Biggest Morning Tea - a total hit! 🫖☕

Thank you to all the residents, and staff, who contributed to the event. We had a delicious arrangement of different cakes, slices, tarts and biscuits - Too many to choose from! 🍰

We raised $1,250 from hosting Morning Tea, selling cakes and donations. So good! 👏

Congratulations are in order for Helga, our wonderful Receptionist, for reaching this extraordinary milestone!

Thank you for always being so welcoming and warming, to all Staff and Residents! Helga always goes above and beyond, and has made an impact to the overall experience at Belrose Country Club.

It's Throw-Back Thursday! ⏮😎

Let's recap what we did in April!

1. Cumberland State Forest 🌳
We were very blessed on this trip - the weather was perfect! We had David (guide) onboard to give us further insight into the Forestry Commission and enjoyed the trails through the forest. We had some time to look at the nursery, and had a bite at their Café before heading home.

2. The Royal Easter Show 👩‍🌾🐮
Nothing better than the Easter Show to get you into the Easter vibes! We saw some animals, the infamous wood chopping, and had a chance to look at some show bags.

3. Easter Happy Hour 🍻🐥🐰
We celebrated with a special visit from the 'Easter Bunny' and had chocolates, raffles and drinks at happy hour.

4. ANZAC Ceremony 🥀🪖🎖
We had a ceremony joined by local RSL and Government members as guests, to commemorate the ANZACs. After the ceremony we had tea, coffee, ANZAC biscuits, and a classic sausage sizzle.

This Anzac Day, we come together to mark the 110th anniversary of the Gallipoli landing—one of our nation's most significant occasions. It is a day that holds deep meaning for many of our residents and their families as we reflect, remember, and honour the courage and sacrifice of our service men and women.

For all you fellow green thumbs, we have now launched the Garden Club! 🪴

What better way to launch a club than having some bubbly, snacks, and a chat?

The Garden Club is open to all residents and will be meeting on the 3rd Friday of every month at 3.00pm - keep an eye out in the Bulletin and Newsletter for dates! 📆

Held in the Gazebo area near the Tennis Court.

On the side, if you fancy a spot in our Community Garden, come on up to the Clubhouse and we can help you out! 👩‍🌾
