Help Give Back To A Friend This Christmas.
At Forestway Optometry, we believe that everyone deserves to see the world clearly. We understand that financial hardship can sometimes make essential health services, like eyewear, seem out of reach. That's why we are pleased to announce a special initiative to give back to the Forest community for Christmas.

We are offering three pairs of free spectacles to three individuals experiencing financial hardship. If you know someone who would benefit from this, we invite you to drop their name and contact number off at the practice reception desk during business hours by 22nd Dec 2024. They will go into the draw for the opportunity to receive a compliment pair of glasses.

Diabetic retinopathy is a serious eye condition that can lead to vision loss if left untreated. That’s why we have teamed up with Sight For All to educate people living with diabetes in regional and remote areas of NSW and SA about the importance of regular eye checks.

This year, we have reached over 20 communities across both states, sharing vital information and resources on how to protect your eyes from diabetic eye disease.

We run a modern, highly professional optometry practice, Located centrally in Glenrose Village SC, our fully qualified & therapeutically endorsed optometrists are focussed on providing our patients with exceptional eye health care. Our team of fully qualified optical dispensers are focussed on providing the best in prescription glasses and sunglasses. We also offer the latest contact lens options, including myopia control, specialist cataract assessment & referral, glaucoma and macular degeneration assessment.

We are looking for a reliable person to join our team with strong people and organisational skills.
Previous experience working in the optical industry would be a bonus, but if not, we will train you. The most important attribute, apart from the usual requirements, is being a good fit in the practice with a great personality and people skills.
