Kia ora to our Aotearoa, New Zealand whānau! Today, we celebrate Waitangi Day - a time to reflect on and honour the rich history, culture and partnerships that shape the nation. Te Tiriti o Waitangi (The Treaty of Waitangi), signed on 6 February 1840, marked a pivotal moment in the country's history, establishing a partnership between Māori and Pākehā grounded in enduring respect and unity. Ngā mihi nui to all communities marking this important day with reflection, connection, and celebration.
