Keeping hydrated during the hot weather.

To stay hydrated in hot weather, drink water regularly (even if not thirsty), avoid alcohol/sugary drinks, carry a water bottle, and eat water-rich foods like fruits (melon, berries) and veggies (cucumber, lettuce).
